Note: QUICKZONE PRIVATE LIMITED provides technology infrastructure and B2B digital services.

1. Service Nature

All services provided by QUICKZONE PRIVATE LIMITED are digital technology infrastructure services. Due to the nature of these services, which involve server resources, API connectivity, and custom development, standard "product" refunds do not apply.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only under the following specific conditions:

  • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon infrastructure due to internal company issues.
  • Overpayment or double billing errors.
  • Cancellation of service before any resource provisioning has commenced.

3. Internal Review Process

Every refund request is subject to a thorough internal review by our billing and technical teams. We evaluate the resources already consumed and the work performed up to the point of the request.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original mode of payment. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
